We are looking for highly motivated individuals to help grow our client base. You will speak with top-level decision makers and cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with Fortune 5000 Companies.

To self qualify yourself you should have at least 2 years in a sales or related role in a Software/technology company, have evidence of sales goals achieved, have secured a third level degree, possess a self starter personality and finally enjoy the financial rewards associated with hitting and exceeding your goals. We like hunters in this role.

As a company, we don't necessarily mind where you would like to base yourself but strong proficiency in English is a must have here. In terms of the way we do business in Waylay we are highly relationship driven, we do like attention to detail and our atmosphere is that we just want to automate positive things in our world :-) !

As Sales consultant you will be supported by a strong technical team through all stages of the customer sales process.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct B2B sales calls with prospective clients, selling PaaS and Enterprise level sales.  
  • Educate prospective clients about the company’s business solutions and effectively articulate the company’s value proposition.
  • Work with our lead generation agencies and in-house marketing team to schedule calls and provide continuous feedback on lead quality to improve marketing/targeting activities.
  • Cold-call and generate additional customer leads.
  • Strategically follow up with potential clients to secure their business.
  • Perform product demonstrations of the platform to prospective clients.
  • Utilize company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage all leads, clients, and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with the in-house Sales Engineers to troubleshoot client questions and concerns.
  • Continually drive sales goals and expectations – meet the targets.
